A Woman's Prayer for Thanksgiving
Candace Corrigan
The Song is inspired by a poem/prayer/essay written by Sarah Josepha Hale in 1850. She was urging the Federal government to adopt a new National holiday of Thanksgiving, which Abraham Lincoln finally did in 1863. The music track was very very basic when I put the vocals and simple guitar track down. Doc West added some guitar synth and drums. Sounds like folk rock to me.

As usual Candace's voice is like a silken shawl caressing us - with gentle sounds, with inner wisdom, and with love from that heart of Gold!
